These two permit options have been created to alleviate the transit wait time for commuting from Cajun Field caused by the social distancing requirements a limit of 14 students per bus. Permits will be active Sept. 23 through Dec. 18 and will cost $30. UL and McNeese commuter students, student aides, and graduate assistants will be eligible to purchase these permits.Transportation Services is encouraging all students to take advantage of this temporary permit option for the remainder of the fall semester. It is unclear at this time if this option will be available after this semester.

The first option will show up as 20-17COM in the student parking account permit options. This permit allows parking in the campus lot located at the corner of S. Campus Drive and UPA Drive along the coulee. A very limited number of permits will be available until sold out. These permits will not allow parking in The Heritage residential parking area. The UL Zone Map has been updated to include this new location. To view the map, please go to the Zone Map on our website  - Zone Map

These lots are located off St Mary Street in the Brooke Avenue area. To view the map, please go to the Zone Map on our website  - Zone Map
