Spring 2017 Parking Permits

The Spring 2017 student parking permits will be available to purchase online or in our office beginning December 1. All Fall 2016 semester parking permits will expire on December 20.

Residential Students living on campus should purchase a permit according to where they will live for the spring 2017 semester. Permit prices are $40 for the spring 2017 semester.

• Green Permit – Baker, Bonin, Corona, Harris or Huger Halls
• Yellow Permit – Conference Center
• Orange Permit – Legacy Park or Cajun Village

Commuter students not living on campus have three options for parking:

• Cajun Field – Each student is required to obtain a Cajun Field Commuter Parking Permit every semester. There is no fee associated with this permit.
• Girard Park Circle Parking Tower – floors 4-6 are permit required. Permit price is $300 for the semester. Over 900 spaces will be available for purchase this semester!.
• Zone 36 (Cherry Street) – a limited number of permits will be available to Graduate Assistants on December 1. Permits will be $40 for the fall semester.

Student Aide Permits:

• Student Aides must provide proof every semester of a current student job in order to purchase a permit. This can be in the form of a letter on university letterhead from your department that includes: the current date, your name/CLID and signature of your supervisor.
• Permit prices are $40 for the spring semester.

Online Purchases:

• Log in to your old ULink account.
• Once logged in, click on the Transportation Bus Logo on the UL TODAY tab.
• Select ‘Get Permit’ on the Parking Account Main webpage to view spring semester information and links.
•    * If a zone is not listed, it is sold out for the semester.

In Person Purchases:

• Location and hours listed below.
• Payment methods accepted: credit card, debit card, Cajun Cash and money order.
• Bring your school ID and vehicle registration.

Handicap Permit Purchases:

• May only be made in the Transportation Service office. Location and hours listed below.
• Bring your current placard, mobility card, student ID and vehicle registration.
• Permits are $40 per semester.
